Due to its versatility and with working lengths up to 9 meters, every type of production can easily reach cost-effective machining with the possibility to customise finishing quality, performance requirements, flexibility levels and any other useful aspect for production and market requirements.

The manufacture of furniture fittings with the most sophisticated design and the use of any type of contemporary materials (acrylic, aluminum edges with a protective film, High Gloss materials, sanded or un-sanded wood and laser edges), allow a production capacity that is always adaptable and in line with the trends of the furniture market.




SAV€NERGY : high attention to cost savings
It provides a reduction in the annual consumption of kWH up to 9% and removes up to 98% of chips generated with the annual saving of edge bandings up to 20 km, depending on the utilisation of the machine. 


MULTIEDGE: only a few seconds to switch machining
Automatic changeover is performed in a few seconds with no need to wait for emptying or stopping of the machine. Thehigh level of automation for the mortises to be made and the management of edges of different types and sizes, reduces the time of switching processes and maintains always at high levels the technical availability of the machine.

Evolution Two


Designed for the medium and big companies, the double-sided edgebanding machine STEFANI Evolution Two boasts the same stucture of the STEFANI squaring edgebanding machine that is guarantee of stability and perfect seal in the panel processing.The bearing chain, characteristic of the squaring edgebanding machines,ensures reliability and high working precision over time.Evolution Two can be equipped in order to be able to process any edgebanding types: straight edge, softforming, postforming and door processing. The highest edgebanding tecnology resides in Evolution Two. Actually, it is possibile to install the typical working units of the line with high productivity and flexibility and working units with MULTIEDGE devices and MULTIPLA versions that guarantee a high precision positioning and repeatability.

Evolution One is a High End single-sided edgebander designed for large industry and for extra intensive use. Modular lengths of up to 16 meters grants the performance of complete and customized processes for edgebanding of soft-forming components, J-Shape, Doors and Tops with the use of materials for the latest generation finishes. High productivity and low operating costs are guaranteed by the wide range of Heavy Duty working units. Thanks to the specific design they can process any kind of production mixture at the touch of a button.


Perfection of the workpiece quality guaranteed thanks to the new generation of the working units which are 15% more rigid and 50% less invasive on the panel. The units are equipped with 50% smaller and lighter NC positioners, with precision to the  hundredth of a millimeter, granting constant machining finish with speeds up to 40 m/min, assisted by hyper precise tool/motor connection.
We always look at the process from the point of view of the panel.

J-shape components, Doors, Postformed Tops, straight or angled drawers, delicate/shaped cabinet doors with or without protective film can be always produced to high production standards, always with the maximum productivity per shift. Thanks to the machine's load-bearing structure and the non-deformable feed track, fast and constant movements are guaranteed in any condition.

The choice of the edge/panel join quality can be changed with the utmost flexibility and with the minimum time for retooling. EVA, PUR, EVA / EVA, EVA / PUR, PUR / PUR, SLIM LINE, zero glue line with AIRFUSION, glue dosing, automatic glue change cycle, are just some of the possibilities that can be provided on EVOLUTION ONE.
